Elmstone have supporting and working with Northwood House Charitable Trust for the past three years – in that time their technical expertise, support and advice has been exemplary. During this time major projects have included the restoration of the Rotunda car park and walls, extensive roof works and a major structural project to support the main ceiling and central building core. Their innovative design has now been put forward for an RIBA award and their eventual solution was 70% less that other designs. Recently Elmstone were the consulting engineers on the first phase of the 300 year old main barn project – designing the entire framework and overseeing the successful project. We are now working on Phase 2 of the HLF bid for the restoration of the iconic Grade II Church Lodge – having successfully submitted phase one.
