Studio Cottage
Studio Cottage was a small two storey mews cottage in Ryde suffering from structural issues and damp in an overgrown plot that had been extensively extended with a upvc conservatory and a small glazed timber “outhouse” used as a utility room. After much discussions and careful deliberation by our clients between a replacement dwelling and replacing the existing extensions Planning Permission was obtained for a single storey lifetime dwelling making best use of the plot and pulling the footprint away from the adjacent end terrace house.
